3. VSH Case Manager
Case Manager (Permanent Supportive Housing)

Virginia Supportive Housing is seeking an experienced case manager to join
its team working in its housing sites in the Richmond area. The Case Manager
will be responsible for working with formerly homeless and low income single
adults providing ongoing support to assist individuals with maintaining
housing and achieving their personal goals.

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in human services and at least one year of direct
service experience with individuals with low-incomes, mental health and/or
substance abuse disorders and/or histories of homelessness. Experience
working with HIV+ individuals strongly preferred.
* Certifications in CPR and First Aid or a dedication and commitment to
obtaining them within 3 months of hire.
* Excellent computer skills, with working knowledge of the primary Microsoft
Office Suite programs
* Ability to successfully pass a criminal background, driving record and
other pre-employment screening.

Salary Information:  Hiring range starts at $35,000, commensurate with

4. Full Circle: Counseling Case Manager position

Full Circle Grief Center, a 501(c)(3) organization located in Henrico
County, is currently seeking a part-time Counseling Case Manager.

Hours Per Week: 12 hours (flexible)

Job Description
.         Conduct a portion of the psycho-social assessments for families
interested in Full Circle's programming.
.         Develop quarterly Family Service Plan for each current client on
caseload.
.         Maintain files for all families on caseload (past and present
clients).
.         Contact all families on caseload a minimum of once every other
month to provide support and identify additional needs.
.         Attend weekly staff meeting.
.         Assist on projects as requested by supervisor.
Qualifications
Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related human services field
is required; license in field is preferred. Must have experience conducting
intakes and psycho-social assessments for families as well as experience
